48 Hour Cancellation Full Refund, 24 Hour Cancellation 1/2 Refund.
To cancel or reschedule please contact at least 72 hours prior to appointment. $40 booking fee is non-refundable but has a 1 time rollover in case of emergency cancellation so long as the groomer has not arrived or is in route to your home before you cancel.
